4 Get Me Not LLC is a Vocational Rehabilitation Vendor with over 30 years of experience within the field. We are dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and life's setbacks, to work on obtaining fulfilling and meaningful work. We are passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their professional goals and reach their full potential.
We take a customized approach in providing services to Vocational Rehabilitation Clientele and tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of each client. From career exploration, transportation training, self advocacy to job search strategies, we provide expert guidance and support to help our clients succeed.

Our Career Exploration (CE) services consist of supporting clientele with being able to choose a vocational goal that they, along with direction from their Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, support. The services include exploring careers that individual clients are interested in, providing Labor Market Surveys, Informational Interviews, Career Interest Surveys, and other services to help individuals make the right choice for a career and how it compliments their abilities, strengths, barriers and, of course, their disability.
Individuals with a chosen job/career goal that requires education and/or training & certification can get support under Supported Education Services (SE), through VR.
Our Supported Education services consists of supporting individuals through identifying education, training or certifications required to help them be more marketable and successful in their employment endeavors. Services include; identifying the education, training or certification program, applying for grants, scholarships, and other funding sources, enrollment, registration, orientation to the program, obtaining accommodations through the education, training or certification programs disability resources services, as well as for ensuring the success of the individuals being supported by VR for education/training purposes.
Orientation and Mobility Training-We are able to provide support to VR clientele under RIS services by supporting and instructing them how to utilize public transportation services i.e. Regular Bus and Light Rail. Services also include certifying the individuals for ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) through Valley Metro ADA Paratransit services.
Orientation and Adjustment To Disability- We instruct and support individuals how to;
-Understand their disability/limitations in the context of current or future employment, and how they correlate to working in a competitive employment setting.
-Learn and develop Self Advocacy Skills that will benefit individuals how to learn to speak up in an employment, community or personal setting. Also supports individuals in being able to advocate for maintaining personal rights, and obtain services that they are entitled to.
- Develop strategies to ensure that individuals are going to be successful with employment i.e. development of coping skills and activities that will enhance success in employment.
Our Job Development and Retention services instruct individuals receiving VR (Vocational Rehabilitation) services on the following processes;
Job Search Skills Development- This process includes instruction and support of clients learning how to create, update, tailor and revise effective resumes for prospective employers, along with CV ( Curriculum vitae) creation, updating and revision, cover letter creation, accurately completing job applications, interviewing techniques and several other areas that benefit individuals on a case by case basis.
Job Search Assistant and Job Placement- This process includes support and instruction with finding job placement that matches the IPE Goal (Individualized Plan for Employment) that is developed with a VR Counselor, applying for jobs, building community resources, disclosing a disability to an employer and placing an individual in employment.
Short Term Job Supports- This is the final process of the JDR services and this is when an individual has been placed in competitive employment and is provided support and instruction from a job coach on several areas of how to maintain successful employment for 90-120 days. Attendance, knowing job duties and performing them correctly, advocacy skills at work, time management and ensuring effective communication at work with supervisors, co-workers and customers, students, clients, etc.
